Cookie policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains what Optionality Partners, S.L. stores in your browser when you visit getoutvoy.com or use the console at app.getoutvoy.com, in line with article 22.2 of Spain's LSSI-CE, the ePrivacy Directive and the UK PECR. Short version: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't show a consent banner.
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that keeps data on your device until it is removed. The law treats both the same way: what is strictly necessary for a service you asked for needs no consent; everything else does.
2. The website (getoutvoy.com)
The website sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. Its fonts and scripts are served from our own servers; it loads no analytics, advertising, social-media or third-party tracking scripts. If the support chat is shown on a page, it works as described in section 4.
3. The console (app.getoutvoy.com)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| outvoy.session | Local storage | Keeps you signed in: your session token, its expiry and your user details. Strictly necessary. | Until you sign out, or the session expires (8 hours) | Outvoy (first party) |
| outvoy.support.identified | Local storage | Remembers that the support chat was tied to a signed-in user, so it is reset after sign-out and the next person on this browser never sees that conversation. Strictly necessary. | Until the next sign-out | Outvoy (first party) |
If your browser blocks storage, the console still works but you'll be signed out when you close the tab.
4. The support chat (Crisp)
The support chat is provided by Crisp IM SAS (France). When the chat widget loads, Crisp stores identifiers that keep your conversation together across pages and visits and keep the connection to its servers working. They are used only to provide the chat you can choose to use; Crisp doesn't use them for advertising.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| crisp-client/session/<website id> | Cookie | Identifies your chat session so the conversation continues across pages and visits. | 6 months | Crisp (on our domain) |
| crisp-client/* (other) | Cookie / local storage | Connection, domain detection and widget state (for example, whether the chat is open). | Session to 6 months | Crisp (on our domain) |
Crisp's privacy policy describes its processing in full.
5. Pages operated by others
Some steps happen on other companies' pages, which set their own cookies under their own policies: Stripe checkout and billing portal (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com), the Unipile hosted page where you sign in to LinkedIn, and AppSumo when you redeem a licence. Links to LinkedIn profiles open LinkedIn.
6. How to control them
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser's settings (usually under Privacy or Site data), or block them for our domains. Signing out of the console removes outvoy.session. Blocking the chat's cookies only means the chat won't remember earlier conversations.
7. Changes
If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before setting them. Questions: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}.
